Create an account to continue. This platform is not connected with existing SIA membership accounts. This account will enable you to enter and manage current and future nominations for SIA recognition lists. There is no cost to create an account nor submit nominations.

Through our recognition lists, we are looking to honor those who have gone above and beyond to ensure the success of their teams, branches, brands, events or products. If you think someone on your team is deserving of the applicable recognition, recommend them by completing the online nomination form and sharing with us why they should make the roster, including the impact they have already made, what revenue they have been responsible for or other quantifiable achievements. No résumés.

You are welcome to nominate as many people as you’d like. Self-nominations are also welcome. Dual or group nominations will not be considered.

The selection committee does not consider how many nominations a single person receives for any given list. For this reason, we highly recommend submitting a single strong, thorough nomination instead of asking your colleagues to all nominate the same person.

AI-enabled nominations are often formulaic and lack the specific details we seek. We strongly encourage original, thoughtful responses that showcase genuine impact and achievements.

Global Power 150 Women in Staffing
This list honors women who have made a quantifiable impact within their team, such as implementing a new work arrangement, spearheading an initiative or demonstrating leadership that resulted in increased revenue or cost savings. The list will include 100 women from North America and 50 from around the world. Nominations will be accepted through July 25, 2025. Nominate yourself or a colleague today.
